Our consulting division handles complex integrations, high-end system design and tough-to-solve problems. We are available on a per diem basis or via contract. If custom software is needed, our consulting group will go on-site and help plan and coordinate the entire project. Getting to the "root" cause of the issue is critical and, if not done properly, can lead to an over budget project and fail to meet the users needs. Once the appropriate information is gathered, it can be handed off to an outside development firm or to our division responsible for custom programming.
Our consulting group also assists in the area of system conversions. Planning a migration from one application to another is no easy task. With the right skills and experience, much of the process can be automated with minimal disruption of your business.
