AMI/PMI has made a decision to stay neutral when it comes to check processing software. We in this space will not sell software but will be the "hardware experts" as it pertains to check scanners and document scanners for financial institutions. Here are some of the things that we do for our customers currently:
We perform any or all of the following for our customers:
1.Receive and verify entire shipment.
2.Test and calibrate each machine.
3.Re-box, coordinate with our partners and ship each machine.
4.Place requested item in the box.
5. Provide an “800” Number for service questions.
6. Coordinate all in coming/outgoing questions/ resolutions with anyone’s “Help Desk” if desired.
7. Provide a dedicated E-Mail box for service questions and resolutions.
8.Provide 30 Minute Important Call back Response (MICR).
9. Provide selected Scanner in each of your market places for ad hoc swapping.
10. Provide on-line customer support, training materials and interim web hosted e-learning seminars with voice over IP and web-conferencing.
11. Hold a local training seminar to train the trainers on general preventive maintenance and operating.
12.Install each machine locally and train.
